About shipping fee
・ Free shipping is available only in Japan.

・ UPS shipping fee JPY10,000+Duty (customs duties/import taxes/handling fees) for shipments outside Japan. * Duty fees will be billed by UPS.

Expiration date for bank transfer

7 days after the order is placed (Please note that the order will be cancelled if the payment from the customer cannot be confirmed.)

About product shipping
・ In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days from the next day after the order is confirmed.
・ For restocked items, it may take 1 to 2 months after the order is confirmed.
・ If you wish to resize the ring, we will ship it within 14 to 21 days after your order is confirmed.

・ For custom jewelry, it takes about 2 to 6 months after the order is confirmed.

Cancellation / return / exchange of products etc.
You can cancel or return your order within 7 days of receiving the product. To do so, please contact us at "Customer Care".  


We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・ Products that have been used.
・ Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
・ Image difference from the product photo
・ Products that have been resized or engraved
・ In the case of a customer's convenience (example: metal allergy, size does not fit, etc.)

Please note that the image of the product may differ from the actual color depending on the device you are using.

We will only accept returns of products in the following cases.
・The delivered product is not what you ordered.
・ The delivered product was damaged or broken.

We will bear the shipping fee for the returned item.
