* For system reasons, bank transfer is always displayed as a payment option on the checkout page, but only credit card payments are accepted.
About shipping fee
- Within Japan: Free shipping is available.
- Outside Japan: UPS shipping fee JPY 10,000 + Duty (customs duties / import taxes / handling fees).
* Duty fees will be billed directly by UPS.
Expiration date for bank transfer
7 days after the order is placed.
Please note that the order will be canceled if payment is not confirmed within this period.
About shipping
We currently ship only to Japan and the United States.
About product shipping
- In-stock items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- Restocked items will take approximately 1 to 2 months.
- If you request a ring resizing service, the item will be shipped within 14 to 21 days.
- For special-order jewelry, it will take approximately 2 to 6 months.
All timeframes are counted from the date the order is confirmed.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange of Products
Orders may be canceled, returned, or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used
- Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
- Differences in impression from product photos
- Products that have been resized or engraved
- Special-order products
- Cases due to customer's convenience (e.g., metal allergy, size does not fit, etc.)
Please note that the color of the product may differ from the actual item depending on your device.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- The delivered product differs from the order.
- The delivered product is damaged or defective.
The shipping cost for the returned item will be borne by our company.
